Do not do business with these scam artists. they do not have any care when they get the money back from the original creditor. they will still charge you and keep ripping you off. you will have to get an attorney to fight them. These people are just as bad as loan sharks. I would recommend not using them. They have a big time deal with the original creditor. Just don’t use them!

I wish I had read these reviews before signing an agreement with this company. It's a complete scam. I set up automatic payments, not realizing that the first month's payment had to be made manually. They started charging me monthly, but after six months, I found out they had been adding a $25 late fee because I didn’t pay the first month. No emails, no letters, no notice. I've now paid everything off and am done with them. Shame on you, Allegro Credit, for deceiving customers with hidden fees.

I haven't read the reviews before. I wish I could have read it before. This bank is just nothing but scam. I set up an auto pay not realizing that first month payment had to be made maually. They trick their customers and worst part is they kept on adding fines and i didnt notice it untill 5 months and i have a total fine for 125$. When the auto pay is in place i don't undertamd why they send us a reminder to pay the amount as if they dont have the information. They are deceiving their customers. I would highly recommend not going to them. Worst bank ever.

-10 Stars - This bank is a joke. I have an account with Allego Credit which was acquired by Synchrony Bank. I was trying to access my account to check on payment history, etc., and even though all the information I have is correct, when I fill it in it takes me to a error page. I called their 800 number and was told no one there has the 'technical expertise' to help me solve the problem, and they could not refer me to anyone who could. Synchrony, Allego Credit, or whatever you are calling yourself you companys' customer service, it rhymes with HIT!

Was on auto pay, it stopped. No email, no letter or phone call for 6 months while it was not being paid.

Rec'd 1 email over the weekend saying payment wasn't made. Called in to see what happened, was told all the payment history that my account was on auto pay but it stopped

I really feel for the ppl that work for such a company. Synchrony really need to step up and fix this Allegro mess.

0% interest don't work when payments drop, lack of communication by the company.

Don't use Allegro credit! I don't know why this is still offered.

I made one payment. For some reason they have me scheduled for two payments on two separate days. There were no other payments scheduled when I made a payment.

0 stars!! They are taking advantage of old people! This place is a joke and needs to be shut down! If anyone says a loan is through allegro credit or synchrony bank don't do the loan! It's a scam. Protect yourself and don't do business with them or anyone who is associated with this scam of a company. Don't let your loved ones use this company either. We have to advocate for the elderly because they can't for themselves! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Wish I could give them zero stars these people are the rudest people EVER! I called because I noticed that I keep getting charged monthly for a bill that should be almost paid off and i need to know what the remaining balance is. Well Erica was rude and would not put me on the phone with a supervisor said there was a waiting list could not answer my questions told me to get on line to see what she sees but the website doesn't work.... I eventually hung up on Erica cause she don't know her job obviously 🙄. Called back talked to Macey she didn't know why I have 8 late charges even though my payments are automatically deducted monthly.... Macey says let me get the supervisor which Erica said there wasn't one there 5 minutes ago 🤔 then comes back to the phone and says there's no supervisor but when I asked for the name of the supervisor Macy says we have multiple but eventually gave up a name which is probably FAKE (Kelly). My issue still has yet to be investigated and resolved....I will be contacting a lawyer and reporting this company to the BBB. This company is a scam they need to be shut down.
