All I can say is WOW! I had to switch lenders last minute and Jeff got us to closing in just 8 days (the legal bare minimum)! Despite multiple hurdles, we were able to jump them all. Just when we thought our purchase wasn’t going to work out, he came in and saved the day! This is the second time I have worked with Jeff to buy a home and he is a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff, stays on top of everything, and is great at communication. My go-to guy whom I’d recommend to anyone. Don’t hesitate! 🤗

Worst mortgage company EVER. Completely dishonest! On a refinance, I took out extra money to pay off my taxes, they told the Title Company to pay the taxes for the wrong year. IRS was going to file a lien on my property and they charged me over $4900 in interest and penalties as a result. When I confronted AWM about it, they said "Not our problem". Filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and still got NO WHERE! If you want to be screwed over this is the company to do it.

I’ve held off writing a review until now. After months of consideration my husband and I decided to apply through All Western Mortgage as we knew the loan officer. All documents and required information was filled out 12/4/23. We’ve heard NOTHING from the mortgage company, loan officer. Login to the account and no progress whatsoever.

My husband and I have reached out to the loan officer twice via email and responses from him are short with no clear information as to what’s going on with our application.

I’ve tried to call the corporate number and I’m told I need to follow up with the loan officer. The company’s motto says something about “not falling through the cracks.” Our experience however has been nothing but being a number, and shoved aside.

At this point we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere to a company who actually wants our business. Very disappointed.

Fantastic mortgage company and service! By far the best mortgage experience I've had! Andrew Dort responded to *every* communication I had very quickly (same day) even if my question was minor and he very busy. I felt I always had a connection to Andrew and Brant Phillips. Where I've been treated by other mortgage companies as "Disqualified, unless proven otherwise" I felt the exact opposite with All Western (that is, 'Qualified, unless proven otherwise.')

Was fantastic, she didn't miss anything, we have never had a more pleasant experience getting a mortgage. Everything need by the underwriters or any one else involved in this process, she not only quickly got us the information we needed to do our part, but if we didn't understand exactly what they need she stepped in and helped us understand every aspect of the process. I had been afraid of doing a refinance because everyone told me what an ordeal it would be. However, Bill was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get my loan done smoothly and without much effort on my part. Renee Coughlin also was wonderful to work with and I probably would never have gotten the refinance done with such efficiency and ease anywhere else. I'm just sorry my loan was sold and I will not have contact with anyone at All Western Mortgage.

Andrew Hoelzel was amazing to work with! Everything went very smoothly with no complications.
