This office has excellent customer service. I can't imagine having to call the 1-800 number now and getting a random agent. If you need information, they find it. They will review your policy with a fine tooth comb and make sure you are getting every discount you possibly can. They've helped us navigate collisions and how to make sure we get the best return after a total loss. They offer defensive driving classes online to help keep your premium low. Selena is a GEM. I searched high and low for insurance (home and auto) that had the coverage I needed and decent rates. After calling a million agencies, doing the online quotes myself, etc, I came across Alisha Windom’s agency. Selena answered the phone, went through quotes with me right then and there, and got me signed up for new policies at AWESOME rates.
