JT has been one of the absolute best people I have EVER WORKED WITH and I’m talking about in all areas of customer service period he is at the top! I am so grateful for all of his hard work and professionalism. He took the time to tackle what I thought was an impossible task (I had spent hours and hours phone call after phone call trying to fix this mess I got myself in and was trying to get insured but no one could help me I was agitated and was starting to feel like it was hopeless) but he worked some sort of miracle and I can not thank him enough!!!
