DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE!!!
Kaled provided the worst experience & service.
He mishandled my tax information which caused me to pay a $1,800 late file penalty to the IRS, forgot to renter information 3 times which caused the delay, I had to contact all 3 times to check on my filing status & he failed to take ownership to fix the situation. He just took my money and caused me to pay more money than needed. In my personal opinion, he is too old to be doing this job anymore, he causes more harm than good. Lastly, he was very disrespectful, yelled at me & hung up on me on the phone when I called him out on his mistakes. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!

The worst customer service ever. He doesn’t respond to text and calls. I emailed him the documents he requested and took him forever to file it. He waited till last minute. He was very rude when I asked him to clarify some things. Also, he is unorganized which led him to miss to submit one of my documents and he said he will send it and never did. Even though it was his fault he still wanted me to send him money. Don’t waste your time with him!

Mr. Khalid provides affordable and good quality service. Gets everything done in a timely manner and makes sure to address all of questions and concerns. And very flexible and willing to assist you at all times as long as you let him know. My family and I have been doing our taxes with him for few years now.
