Great accommodating service. My first year of working with Tim, I handled communication via phone and a visit to the office. But it is not necessary as they make it easy and convenient to do everything online via a series of emails. I used to procastinate doing my taxes until the deadline but now the process is a breeze. Also, having a tax resource on deck throughout the year for general questions is a valuable thing to have.
