I don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. The staff is amazing. Never rude. I think the longest i've waited in the waiting area was 5 minutes. I've never had issues getting through to them over the phone or having to wait forever on the phone. They've always made sure to help me out and give me answers. Dr. Javali is the most caring, sweetest, and understandable doctor here. Only once they've had to reschedule me, but that's just life, things happen. If you need to be seen right away and it's that big of an emergency go to your nearest hospital.

This place is literal trash. My partner tried many times to set up an appointment with them and they wouldn't even answer. And now that she got an appointment, they literally cancelled on her at the last minute. And this appointment is for a pregnancy check up. They rescheduled her for next month. In which it is far too long to wait while pregnant

My experience with Adventist Health has been extremely disappointing. It seems there is a significant gap in patient care and responsiveness within this organization.

I have reached out to their Risk Management team multiple times over an incident of negligence that occurred with one of their providers, this includes over ten phone calls and three emails, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication raises concerns about the level of attention and care provided to patients, who deserve more than simply being treated as another insurance claim.

It’s unfortunate that the community does not have more reliable access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare services.

The worst clinic to come to. Unprofessional and their customer service is non existent. If you get any type of medication, infusion, or treatment that requires authorization don’t count on them to get it on time. They will let you go without and you will have to call them everyday to check on the status. The call center won’t transfer you to a manager or the appropriate medical assistant, they will just lie and say that medical assistant is off on that day. You’re better off going to another clinic or making the drive to Fresno.

I have a 17mm kidney stone that just gives me excruciating pain at all different times. I was scheduled for a pre op and that morning I could not move talk or do anything but try and deal with the pain until it subsided. So I call them the next day and they cancelled my surgery. So had they given me some medication for pain I could have made it but instead I call them and the soonest they could get me in was a month away. Yes they have always been no help to me. Worst place I’ve ever been

We have called and left messages to have no returned calls, the staff is rude and the after hours service representative/supervisor Karina was of no help. I called and waited 40 minutes on hold to be placed on another hold. And she hung up. I called back and placed on hold another 40 minutes. When she answered and asked if I could hold I was talking and she placed me yet in another hold. I wanted her to take a simple message cause the staff doesn’t call back. Thanks for nothing, it’s a simple message for a callback and could not be done. The worst customer service ever

Appointment was at 3pm. Now it is 4:30. I went up to the receptionist asking when Ill be seen. They said the doctor had 2 patients ahead of me still. They said this is normal. Dont reply to this review. This is only my experience. I encourage other patients to write their experience with this place.
