I have been to Adrianna’s Insurance at the North Hollywood location and just moved so I am glad I was able to have one in Canoga Park! I was helped my Sergio. He was very patient, kind and found the best solution for me to get my car insured! I am very happy with the service. The office is clean and has a high level of professionalism as well! Great experience.

I’ll give it two stars for the only reason that the only person doing customer service was trying to keep her cool while helping a bunch of people. Not a good experience, they should have more people working at this location at least ONE MORE!!!!! asking around, everyone was complaining that they had been waiting for a period of 1+ hour.
This location, I don’t think I want to come back. ?
