My wife and I went to Drew at ADH on the recommendation of a friend. We were new to Medicare and retirement and needed help understanding the process and terminology, and getting help with questions, and getting signed up for an appropriate Medicare Supplement and Drug plan. Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us going with plans that seem to be working just as he described.

He was also able to advise us on a couple of matters involving our Social Security accounts and getting that mess all ironed out so that it now makes sense and we are receiving the correct benefit amounts monthly.

I don't think we could have navigated these complicated waters without his experience, patience and expertise. He has been most responsive when we contact him with questions about our claims or anything else that might arise.

I asked him when we first met if he provided support when we had issues with the insurance companies, and his answer was "It's you and me against the world", and he has been true to that pledge.

My wife and I highly recommend Drew and ADH for advice about, and registering for, your Medicare Supplement insurance plans.
