Toller Kundendienst. ACS hat das möglich gemacht, was Miele nicht in der Lage gewesen ist. Eine Lieferung nach Portugal. Netter hilfsbereiter Kontakt, lösungsorientiert, problemlose Zahlungsmöglichkeit, schnelle Lieferung - auch nach Portugal und genau das richtige Teil. Grossen Dank an Hr. Löser. Der Steamer funktioniert wieder. Ich kann ACS mit meinen Erfahrungen bestens weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe einen Adapter, der eindeutig mit einer Typenbezeichnung des Herstellers angegeben war, bestellt. ACS hat einen anderen Adapter geliefert. Ich bin vom Vertrag zurückgetreten, habe den Adapter zurückgesandt. Der Kaufpreis wurde erstettet. Nicht erstattet wurden die Rücksendekosten. Diese hätte ACS übernehmen müssen, weil eine vertragswidrige Lieferung vorlag. Ich empfehle diese Firma nicht!!!!!
