Reporting them to the BBB! What legit company has a number for “Customer Service” When you can NEVER GET AHOLD TO ANYONE. The only thing you can do is leave a message and no one calls you back. I definitely DO NOT recommend.

"TERRIBLE" service if your time entry is incorrect "Good Luck" getting in touch with someone you might have to wait a month to get paid. And since they've switch over to this new EVV system things have gotten worse. They'll reject your time with no explanation or notification and getting in touch with someone to correct the issue is almost impossible. I would give this program zero stars if I could the state should be embarrasse at how poorly this service is ran for it's employees. The people that gave this service a good rating must not work with ACESS for long cause this is the worst pay system I've ever dealt with in homecare. If you're looking for homecare work and ACESS call "keep looking" cause this program will drive you crazy just to get paid🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
