Some of the sweetest ladies around! Dr. Mason is so amazing and attentive. You can really tell everyone on the staff cares about their patients’ wellbeing and want what is best for you. Your voice as a patient is listened to here.

I got there at 11:38 a.m., signed in, and was told the Teladoc goes to lunch at 12:00 p.m. So I said I would come back, and I got back around 1:30 p.m. I was waiting when someone else came in. As I sat and waited, they let the person who came in after me go back. I'm still sitting and waiting, and now the time is around 4:00 p.m. So, when the person who came in after me came out, the time was about 4:20 p.m. when I got to go back. I went to a room and was told the Teladoc could not see me at 4:30 p.m. due to her having other appointments to take care of. So, after I sat there from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., I did not get to see the doctor. I was so upset when I left after sitting there for four hours and did not get to see the doctor. They need to get someone in the office who knows what they are doing.

Kaitlin Mason, NP and the staff are very kind and attentive. The wait time was relatively short. Kaitlin really listens to her patients and gives her full attention to the issues at hand. I highly recommend visiting them for your urgent care or primary care needs!

Went to facility at 1217 and door was locked. Sign on door said closed for lunch at 1200 to 1230. Left and returned at 1235. Door locked so I knocked on door. Girl answered the door and told me to come back in 20 minutes. NEVER AGAIN. I will drive to Macon before I go back there.
