AAA Roadside assistance is the absolute WORST now. It was the best thing ever for peace of mind because you knew they would be there to help. I waited almost 9 hours on side of the road for "emergency" tow. They only offer the lowest price and hope some tow company will take the ticket. Meanwhile you will be stranded while they negotiate your rescue. And I was in Sacramento so they're was lots of available tow trucks and still had 9 hours. Good thing I wasn't on a lone highway in middle of nowhere. I was a customer for over a decade and will not be coming back.

I was rear ended by someone with AAA. Candyce Akanno, the AAA claims adjuster has been almost impossible to reach. I've had to move forward going through my own insurance company since AAA is dragging their feet in getting my car in the shop and a rental so I can get back to normal life. Awful service, awful company, awful employees... I would recommend anything over dealing with AAA. They'll leave you high and dry after accepting 100% liability. Playing around with victims of your clients is a pretty awful practice.

AVOID AAA AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU ARE A NOT A PERSON TO AAA, YOU ARE NOTHING!!!

After 3 phone calls to cancel an AAA tow driver for being extremely rude and yelling at me to the point where I had to pull over to stop driving on phone call, we still had the tow driver come and harass us with questions because the phone call agents did not help with this. If you have a concern, and a AAA tow driver is harassing you and being rude, know that this company and branch will not back you. They will keep holding out on the phone and let the harasser take pictures of you and the scene. Even if the pictures were for the company why are you allowing an unprofessional person who was yelling at me to come to my location? Unbelievable.

I really appreciate that the Placerville office is so well kept and well staffed with friendly, helpful people. I noticed and my Wife commented on the nice holiday decor the staff added for the season. AAA offering DMV services to members is one of the biggest reasons I renew my membership each year. I have had excellent service by Comfort King, Jim Silva, for the past 23 years. He put in our heating and air, and it is still running today. When I have an issue, he comes out right away.

I went in because I needed a witness for my signature of my stolen vehicle form. Rhonda helped but she was so incredibly rude and acted like it was a complete bother to sign a paper for a triple a member of over a decade. She gave me attitude the whole time, rolled her eyes at me, and when I asked about the form she just said I don’t know and gave me a mean look for no reason. I only went to this branch because I was in the area but now I will go out of my way to not go here again. I would give zero stars if I could, absolutely terrible customer service. I needed a signature but she kept arguing against it and didn’t ask for help, basically just tried to get me to leave.

Mark is an amazing agent! There was no wait when we got there and he helped with our confusing situation. The price of insurance and membership was cheaper than others. The woman who registered the car was also helpful and friendly! I give them not just one A but 3 AAA
