Went to have my passport photos taken, Tiffany assisted me. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, which was great. There are chairs for waiting, and the office is laid out well. Everyone I encountered was friendly. Overall a pleasant experience and so convenient.

AAA sent out a tow truck that messed up my vehicle so bad. I made a claim and AAA had me Pat out of pocket for 2 estimates, take pictures of irrelevant things then decline any help for me to get my vehicle fixed. So the money I spent trying to go by their protocol just wasted my time and money to get my truck fixed. Not even worth having a member ship after 10 years and you guys can’t help me or just don’t want to. It seems you’re working hard to make it worse for me.

Went to register an out of state motorcycle. For some reason, wouldn't let them finish the transfer, but got most of it done. Did their best. Was easy to finish at DMV.

Went today to get my car registered. The staff was super friendly. The wait time was only about 15m. Was able to get in and out in about 40 minutes. AAA is definitely much better than going to the DMV, plus you get the road side assistance membership, which is a great perk.
Quick service when you compare it to the line at DMV, pictured below.

Christine who represents the DMV here was immediately rude to my husband today. I don't appreciate someone talking to my husband like that. Not only could she NOT answer a simple question with niceness she instead immediately jumped up out of her sear and had to go get her manager Jason to finish the transaction. Not smart. If you're going to work in customer service have a customer service attitude. "A can do attitude". If you're having a bad day don't come to work that day. If you're not good at customer service then go do another job. Manager, don't hire negative customer service reps It's not good for business. Came back to get help and she casually walked by me and left for lunch. 🙄🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

As a long time member I can honestly say every time I have to do external business with AAA, it’s always well organized and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like I’m really important whenever I have to call or go to the branch. The Murrieta branch has many experienced and professional workers.

I went to this office to transfer tittle and get my car registered from florida to california. I was second in the line she checked me in told me to have a seat someone will call. As soon as I set down she called me. The lady that help me was very nice and friendly I got my new license plate and sticker. I was pleasantly surprised. All this time I been going to DMV when I could have been going to AAA. I love my AAA after this and will make sure to renew my membership they have the best car insurance also!

Called in today to cancel my auto insurance with AAA. Spoke with Dalia. Not impressed.
Was short, cold, unfriendly. Sounded like she had a lot of additude. Not a good fit for AAA..
