My experience at the AAA Victory Boulevard location was less than satisfactory, particularly with Jerry, who handles membership insurance and payments. Unfortunately, he displayed a lack of professionalism and was quite rude when I inquired about unexpected charges on my account. I had higher expectations for customer service from AAA, but instead, I encountered an unhelpful attitude and a lack of professionalism, especially from Jerry. This behavior is unacceptable, and I trust that AAA will take the necessary steps to enhance customer service at this location, particularly in dealing with individuals like Jerry.He should consider resigning from the position that does not align with his interests.

Came here to book a car rental, a lady named Therese Smart “helped” us and we reserved the car through her, only to find out the information is wrong and no car was hold. Of course it had to be the day before leaving. We were told by Burbank airport which is where she told us to go that AAA gave us the wrong information

Oh, AAA, the ever-reliable safety net for those of us who like to pretend we have our lives together but somehow still manage to lock our keys in the car. I’ve been a loyal member for years, and let me tell you, it’s been a rollercoaster of convenience. Need to register your car but don’t feel like subjecting yourself to the soul-crushing experience of the DMV? AAA has your back. Car won’t start because you ignored the battery warning for weeks? They’ll come to the rescue. Need a tow because your car decided today was the day to give up on life? One call, and you’re golden.

Their roadside assistance is usually pretty efficient—most times, they show up within 45 minutes to an hour, which is just enough time to question all your life choices while waiting on the side of the road. And let’s not forget their travel services, because why waste hours planning a trip when you can just let AAA do it for you? Basically, they exist to save you from yourself, and honestly, I appreciate that.

So when they send me a renewal notice, do I hesitate? Absolutely not. I renew that membership faster than my car battery dies in the middle of nowhere. This time, I visited the AAA location on Victory Boulevard in West Hills, California. They open at 9 AM most days—except Sundays, because even superheroes need a day off. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and, dare I say, unnaturally cheerful. Maybe it was my kid sitting on my shoulders flashing his irresistible baby smile at everyone, or maybe they’re just genuinely good people. Either way, it was a smooth experience.

AAA, you’ve got me for life. Or at least until I finally learn how to function like a responsible adult—which, let’s be real, isn’t happening anytime soon.
