Before I take my business elsewhere after being a AAA member for 20 years, I’d like to leave a review. My policy was canceled today due to billing issue of their own making. There was no attempt to correct it or connect me with someone who could. I was told that by the end of the day someone would contact me. No one did. I’m not surprised. No one wants to deal with an angry customer and I am furious. I am extremely disappointed in how they treat decades-old customers - canceling policies and basically just ghosting them for what they call non-payment when the payment was made.

Since all insurance is a scam, I can’t recommend any other place for you to take your business. Just know that it’s good when it’s good but buyer beware when it’s not. They will not help you or respect you as the loyal, paying customer you are and have always been. Zero stars.

I've been with Jason Lauritzen - AAA for a few years now and have nothing but positive remarks to say in regards to the service and products I've received from Jason and his team. I switched from a different provider and Jason was assigned to take care of my insurance needs. Between an accident that was not my fault, with a driver who was uninsured, and they took care of it, to some of my more particular insurance needs Jason has taken care of everything for me.

If you have any doubts about leaving your current insurance company, I'd highly suggest you do and go with Jason and AAA!

If you want a fabulous company call Jason. He and his staff and wonderful! By us switching from our previous insurance to him we saved over $500 a month. Yes I know it sounds like a lot but we also had two teenage drivers! We also now have triple AAA roadside assistance! This agency will save you money! My husband and I can’t thank them enough for our savings! We are so grateful for finding this agency! Thank you so much!
