Nora Rodríguez is an incompetent employee who does not disclose the full terms of a contract pertaining to the AAA “smart” security home system. She claims to not know key details about the contract which mind you aren’t even listed in the contract like the limitation on clips recorded per month by the security camera. She offered a simple apology despite breaching the contract by never disclosing key details to which she claims she never even knew about and blamed the installer for not disclosing that key detail of the contact which again I reiterate IS NOT EVEN ON THE CONTRACT. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for AAA’s home security and steer clear of Nora Rodriguez. She’s incompetent, lacks knowledge of the product she’s selling, and is of zero help. All she could do was apologize and throw the blame at other people. She doesn’t want to be held accountable for her mistake but not to worry, this will be escalated. Thank you Nora Rodriguez, you’ve made this much more difficult than it should be.

DMV services: they need to do more work in providing an easier call system like a monitor or an intercom system, they are saying out loud people names and there's this one lady at the counter that makes is difficult to understand instructions and not taking the time to explain, not a happy person. I got the same situation on the phone as well I try to talk to DMV by phone twice someone answers then doesn't say anything I can hear background noise but nobody answers, if they are busy they need to say something to let the caller know to wait, like hold please I will be with you., don't let the caller guessing if someone is there or not, this happened twice so instead of entering dmv I entered for insurance and this person explains my concerns with difficulties and not taking the time like I'm not a valued member.

I guess you can't make a separate review here on Google for a different issue so that's why I'm writing again here.

I figure to go here to the dmv because may be less busy, I needed to get my dad a senior ID because he doesn't drive anymore but I wasn't aware that they don't do photo ID here at this location I need to go to the main DMV on Sullivan, just an FYI to anyone this location don't do photo ID you will need to go to the main DMV, to AAA please make a notification on your website that you don't do photo id cards. Thanks

Moved from out of state and had to transfer a car title and register my car in CA. The AAA agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and I was able to get the title transferred and new plates within an hour! I did make an appointment beforehand which is probably why it went so smoothly

Just dropped in to get an international drivers permit. I was greeted at the door by a nice gentleman who not only directed me in the right direction, but also gave me the form I needed to fill out. Before I could even finish the form, Linda called me and went over it with me and took my photo. By the time I finished at the cashier, my permit was ready for my signature. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service!!

I just needed to have my car registration paid for. I hadn' t been in this office since last year when I needed to do the same thing. I was unaware at the new procedure of registering with the front desk in order to get served. I immediately thought of the news that all DMV services would now have to be handled online. I didn't think to ask if this is why the front desk registration is being utilized since the chair set up in front of the windows made it look like any DMV office setup. No big deal. I got in and out of there soon enough. I didn't think to ask anyone there if their new registration system and chair setup was because all DMV services will be handled online because office DMV office visits are no longer allowed. Still, 5 stars.
