After a frustrating attempt to swap my personalized plates, I encountered Taylor, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. She was meticulous, attentive, and ensured that I didn’t leave until everything was in perfect order. Her professionalism and warmth were a breath of fresh air, transforming my ordeal into a delightful experience. I felt compelled to share my feedback—a rarity for me—because when someone truly goes above and beyond, they deserve to have their contributions recognized. Let’s give credit where it’s due!

We are grateful Mike to be with AAA. We have been with them almost 30 years now. Our home are cars everything we love the service. We love the staff here in Corona.. By the grace of God, we still have our home insurance with all the fires in Los Angeles. We’ve never had a claim on anything.. I’d like to share an experience if I could, my name is Christine Williams Five years ago, I was hit on the freeway so now I just drive part time with disabled plates. Six weeks ago, my husband was coming home on the Freeway in Orange County, California a young kid was on his phone and hit the car Behind my husband in the car, hit my husband at a dead stop. At this time, I dropped one of the policies on our car to just liability. It was 20,000 because we have two brand new cars and a truck we have on our policies for coverage.. The young kid was driving his mother’s car so the mother felt that since she was 18 years old on the policy, she did not have to pay. Wrong. A stepped up so fast oh my Lord Jesus, thank you I got my Husband’s card at the dealership for his bumper that got hit. They went after the keepers insurance if you let your children 18 Years Old Dr. your card remember, they’re no longer babies. Thank God, nobody was hurt but two cars for damage because this young man irresponsibility. I just like to think away for all the good years of me and my husband were a couple years away from retiring. It’s just nice to know that we’re in good hands and I really mean good hands and thank you for all the good customer services and everything thank you so much Dan and Christine Williams, Corona, California

This AAA location has been very slow when doing notarizations. It doesn’t matter if the place is empty. I don’t know why. Maybe because they don’t make much money compared to their other services?

It takes on average 30 minutes to be called after checking in at the front desk. This is my third time here. The person at the front desk did acknowledge my wait twice and said she’ll send a message to them that I was still waiting.

I didn’t need other service. So this is only regarding notary services.

I’ve been to other AAA locations and the wait times are about the same.

Just go to the Eastvale office. Rude employees immediately as I go to the front desk, one lady tried telling Me I didn't have the right paperwork without even looking at what I had, then has to go ask someone because obviously She didn't know. Then tells Me I need original copies. I ended up going to the DMV and getting it done Dmv told Me the paperwork I had was fine.

I have had both of my kids go through the 10 lesson course. It is a must if you don’t want to go crazy trying to teach your kids to drive.

They do all the hard work and then as a parent, you get to do the easier stuff and not have a stressful relationship.

People are really nice and the line seems to move fairly quickly. Definitely beats going to the DMV. They dont have all services but they offer a lot. FYI, you need to be AAA member.

Wonderful, that sums it up! Why anyone would not have an AAA membership, and be able to come into an office for help instead of the DMV is Looney! Thank you for the great customer service!
