These People Are The Worst Finance Company I've Ever Seen. My Daughter Was 1 Day Late And They Picked Up Car We Thought Someone Stole It.. Kicker She Called To Let Them Know. They Even Lied And Said They Served My Daughter And We Showed Proof Case Dismissed And Years Later They Tried To Garnish Her Check We Are Getting Attorney Because Once Again She Was Never Served So They Had To Forge Proof Of Service. Very Unprofessional & Dishonest Company!!!

Originally gave 4 starts but now would give less than one if possible. The car that they allowed financing but restricted with no gap or protection decides to almost kill me going 45mph. All they cared about was their money. 2 years later I find out they have been running my credit every year for the past 4 years. I'll be having my lawyer look at that.

If you have ANY other options, DO NOT deal with this shady and greedy company.

This place sucks. I fell on hard times in 2017. My car was repossessed. They sold it, and sued me for the remaining balance. And now have went after my employer to garnish my wages.

My experience with this company was absolutely "HORRIBLE"! I have purchased vehicles for myself and for my business for years and I have never had such a difficult time as I have had over the last month with this company. After providing the documents they required and and explaining why some documents requested were not available, they did NOT honor their word with me and took my first payment and DID NOT pay the dealership as they were supposed to do which left me being called constantly by both A L Financial and the Dealership!! Worst experience ever.

If I could give a zero I would! Rude, uneducated tried using Business law to threaten me about payment which was mailed before due date their office was closed for a holiday mid week and the payment did not arrive until almost a week after payment due date. Apparently they don't understand Business law at all because if the office is closed on the due date the payment is not due until the next Business day. They report only to 1 credit bureau. Their practices are shady and ALL the employees are Rude not just front desk girl! I'm just making my payments on time via check (that way I have proof they received payment) until my bank is willing to refinance the car with them! Buyer beware!

They are extremely rude, unprofessional and have outdated equipment. Zero phone etiquette skills, I am so annoyed that my ex ran up my credit card and messed up my credit and I had to deal with this company. Please do not do business with them. Shop around if the dealership gives you an 11 percent interest rate take it because AL will give you 20+% STAY AWAY!!!!

Never get a loan from this company. They will rob you blind!

Staff is very rude, they try to intimidate you and threaten you with repossession even when your account is only 2 weeks over due. I can't wait to have my loan payed off so that I can get these rude, crude and socially unattractive individuals off my back. I know they have a job to do but being inconsiderate and disrespectful is not the way to handle business. This company approves loans to the less fortunate so that they can take as much money as they can with the intention of eventually getting their property back. Stay far away from this company, your better off without a car than dealing with these people!
