I spoke with Mr. Jason Maetani. I was very impressed with his ability to calmly accept my anxiousness.

So often clients who are high strung cannot get good customer service because our anxiety is so off-putting for the service professional.

However, not so with Mr. Maetan. He was very patient when I interrupted him, and painstakingly answered questions, even
questions I repeated.

It reminded me of the customer service quality in Japan.

He really put me at ease and made it easy to have faith in him.
