I have been with State Farm for 20 years, and I can say that compared to other companies I had previously, this is the best company. The office of Marietta Wicks is also the best office out of the 3 that I've had with State Farm. They are compassionate, attentive, and kind. If you are in the Hueytown area, you won't regret using this location for all of your insurance needs!

I love my Insurance Agent! Marietta & her staff are amazing! When I moved from Illinois to Alabama I transferred my policy to a AL agent that I was not pleased with (they caused me to lose my life ins policy & had to call the 800# for assistance) needless to say I transferred away from them quick fast & in a hurry! I was connected w/Marietta 8yrs ago & have received better services than I did from my Illinois agent! When I say Marietta is topnotch she's topnotch she makes sure you're well informed w/your policies & options that are needed when she says give me a few days or a few hours based on my requests so she can research she delivers as planned/expected! & she's my 1st agent to send holiday cards as a little special touch love her & would give 10stars if I could for the services she provides! Marietta Wicks is more than a State Farm Insurance Agent. She treats her clients as family. I met her through my mother. Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed with dementia and eventually no longer needed State Farm's products. Yet Marietta continued to check on my mother throughout her life. On the day of my mother's funeral a person walked up and said, "You don't know who I am so let me introduce myself. Hi my name is Marietta." She had driven over 100 miles to pay her respect. Like a good neighbor Marietta will be there!
