Jordan is the perfect person to talk to about health insurance. He answered all my questions about sooo many different plans. Was never impatient and he never tried to rush me. One would never know of all the time consuming research one in his position has to do to find the best path each patient could/should take. He should be instructing others. Or better yet. Doing interviews and hiring those that have the patience and understanding that he has. Talent that one learns through life's experiences. In my book, he's a 10. Not a 5.

When Jordan initially said, " I do make my commission if you switch to a new plan, but if you're happy with your current plan. I'm not going to try to change you from it." I'm thinking, yeah right. True to his word, Jordan didn't try to change my plan when I stated that I was happy so far with my current provider. This came after after spending hours on the phone with him going over alternative plans in my area. Also, Jordan explained Medicare Advantage fully to this ol' guy. Making sure I knew all the options available to me including the stuff for free. Jordan Shanbrom is professional, smart and gets to the point quickly. The perfect combination when it comes to health plans.
