We asked Billie to transition 4 different investment accounts into one annuity account. Billie took on the task. During the transition period Billie always answered are calls and took time with us when we had questions. He would also call us every Friday with timelines of how our investment companies were doing in closing our accounts. A couple of our investment companies tried to make it difficult to accommodate us. They had complaints that they needed more time because of the holidays, shortage of staff and their departments merging due to COVID-19. However, Billie stayed on them and pushed the investment companies to move the funds. He really did a GREAT job! He made sure all the funds were in our new account a couple of weeks BEFORE our first expected dispersement date for March 1st.
