As someone new to a larger power boat, I was overwhelmed with the many nuances; from preliminary inspections to locating a marina. However, one area where I felt completely at ease was with the required Boat Insurance. Amber at Oversea Insurance Agency explained the insurance requirements, options and benefits thoroughly. This is a negative review. They offered me a policy for Mexico. What they did not reveal is the the policy does not cover “named storms”. They send as addendum that states this condition on a separate sheet in a tiny font. Borderline fraud. Not forthright. Really serious BS.

I do not consider this an honest business practice.

Same. Buying auto insurance which doesn’t cover you if you have a accident.

I say revoke their license.

Overseas is a very awesome company...I had a complete refurbishment on my boat and needed to raise the amount I insure it for...a bit difficult but they handled it with no problems and got me a great price...i’ll Never do business with anyone else!!!
