She is professional, intelligent, helpful, kind, efficient and timely. Marissa makes every step of the process SO easy and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with their insurance needs. We initially used her for our home insurance and have now established auto and life insurance through her as well because she was able to provide us with more coverage for a lower premium than our prior policies.
