August helped me buy a home when the market and sellers were limited. He was very patient as it took a very long time for us to find the perfect place. August guided us the whole way and made sure he was honest in his opinions on homes even if it meant he wouldn't close a sale. That's very uncommon when it comes to salespeople. August went out of his way to help me. It took us the extended amount of time to find the perfect home and yet at every corner he was there to show us every single Home we asked for no matter what our problem was August was there trying to find a solution, this is the second time purchasing a home and August is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent if you need to buy or sell or rent, I would go to August. He found us a month-to-month rental while we were looking for a home and found us temporary solution while we were evacuated for wildfire . I couldn’t have asked for more from a real estate agent. I appreciate all his hard work.
