I had the worst possible experience with this agency.
After my agent died, Farmes assigned me to Slav Boston. My first renewal was for two old cars, and it went up by 20% ($400).
As I failed to do some paperwork (for my second renewal with them), I was not able to renew my policy again. I called Slav Boston and was told that I did not have to worry and that I could wait for a new quote in the mailbox. Which never happened; they never called me back or sent me a new quote.
So I emailed them myself a week before my policy expired and was requested some additional info, which I quickly sent back.
They disappeared again! I called them a few days later, and finally, they sent me the quote.

It went up by 40%, or $800, to $2,800/6 months for two old Toyotas. Crazy, right? But this is not the worst—the effective date is in three weeks! I had to wait for three weeks because they failed their job! Well, they had a second option for me if I wanted a policy that goes into effect the following day, and the quote was $4,000/6 months.
I understand That Farmers want to prevent scams, and that's why there is a three-week wait for your policy to go into effect. But I was with Farmers; if I needed to file a claim, I did not need a new policy!

(I shopped around and got quotes from Geico and Progressive for $1,100- $1,300)

And this is not the end of the story. Two weeks later, I noticed that my home insurance was still active with them. I sent a request to cancel it and received a notification that my request was received. Weeks later, there was no reply, no action from them, and they kept charging my card!

I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this agency!

After my farmers agent passed away, Farmers gave me a new agent by the name of Slav. This was 3 months ago. I emailed him several times to discuss my insurance plans. As of today, I have yet to speak to Slav nor have I ever received any responses to the emails I sent him.
I am completely unsatisfied with his services as he never provided any. He didn’t return even ome call. I don’t even know what his voice sounds like. I’m not sure how he has such a high review read on Google, but in my experience, he would get zero stars, me and my entire family are switching to a different agent. if you haven’t already done so, I would highly recommend finding someone who is more responsive to your needs.
