I switched to Pacific Service from Patelco a little over a year ago, after 30 years with Patelco. Since switching over I have gotten sound advice for improving my credit and refinancing my auto loans. Pacific Service looks out for me in ways Patelco never did. I feel PSCU really has my best interest at the center of their operations. I just saved thousands of dollars refinancing my auto loan, and they made the process so easy for me.

The PSCU Concord Branch is so much more convenient at its current Willow Way location. Each and every time I have gone to this branch has been a pleasant experience. The employees who work there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I went in to wire a large sum of money to a financial institution in the EST time zone. I was running a little late and wasn’t sure if I was going to get the wire off in time to make the 4PM EST cutoff time. Branch Manager - Robin worked promptly and efficiently to get the wire off in time. PSCU has been a great banking institution for our family for 30+ years!
