I, initially spoke with Josh, when I called to get a quote, for car insurance, (7-15-24). He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy, when it came to trying too close a deal…..sales. I told him that I wasn’t ready yet, but too give me a couple weeks, because the car, at the time, was, in the repair shop. He followed up, as promised. The car still wasn’t ready, at that moment. So…..when the work had been completed, I called Josh up, but that day, he wasn’t, in the office (8-7-24).

Betty answered and she was just as nice, knowledgeable, very helpful, and also, not pushy. She helped me with my new policy, because the office works as a team. She was able to see all the information that Josh and I had discussed.
We made a couple of needed minor adjustments, and I got the new policy, that day (8-7-24). I will be going, back to them, for additional car insurance, when I purchase my next car.
