I had to get a car from the dealer that also owns this place owns. What a bad decision. It was over priced almost double of what it was worth. 2 weeks into having it check engine like came on 1 month after having it had to do all the brakes and not even 2 months in and the axles went bad and the paint was like if they did it with a spray can. I'll never ever get a car with them again for sure. I DO NOT recommend their car dealership or to finance anything.

If i could give Primera Financial 0 stars i would, this is a horrible company ever since they changed from Sierra Credit who I had been a loyal client to and have always maintained my accounts in good standing. Paying off two cars with Sierra Credit months earlier than expected I recently fell behind on a payment due to unexpected banking issues during a system outage, which i believe interfered with my payment online. I received a text message from Diego saying to contact the office to avoid repossession, So i called to see what was happening and re process the payment, Raquel informed me that i needed to pay 2 missed payments plus a repossession fee. I don't mind paying the 2 missed payments but i do not understand the repossession fee if i just got a text message that day to avoid it. For one the text message situation is not reliable or professional their text come in under spam and should not be the only way to communicate with their clients. Raquel argued with me about the text being sent on the day i received it, she was very rude and dismissive, laughing, calling me crazy making a comment saying "i'm just upset like all the others who can't make on time payments" and hung up in my face. Lissette who was told to me is the director who is also rude and dismissive with no intent from the start for a solution she laughed and hung up in my face as well. I called back to ask for a higher up phone number and Corporate information to then find out from Raquel that they are a low small business. I can not believe how I was met with extreme unprofessionalism from your representatives, Raquel and Lissette. Their behavior was rude, had extreme dismissive attitudes, and the hanging up on me, is unacceptable. I expect a higher level of customer service from any company whether small or big, let alone one with which I have had a long-standing positive relationship with Sierra Credit. I am concerned about potential retaliation due to this complaint. Please be sure not to get your car financed with them it makes you want to turn over your car just to get out of contract. I still intend to pay but i wouldn't be surprised if any retaliation comes from this on their end. STAY AWAY!

I am giving an update:

on the repossession of my 2008 Nissan rogue My car was repossessed on Friday November 10,2023.

I called Monday November 12 and I was told by representatives at least 2 after calling more then once first female representative said 24-48 hours to get info on repo. Then, after calling again spoke to gentleman he then 24-72 hours.

I became 2 months behind unfortunately, when this new company took ownership of my contract but, I never received a bill or statement via email for a past month.

I missed that month payment due to this issue and, another month that brought my bill behind 2 months.

The next month I paid I was under the assumption I was paying for that month and, found out recently I was playing catch up so to speak each month I was behind.

Good news I did get my car back and my belongs were not tampered with or, removed.

I am increasing my rating a little on car loan behalf.

This is Friday I have 2 days left well within my 10 day grace period but, Primera financial corp has decided to without notice to its customers closed early today Friday!? Problem I have is I am ready to pay my car payment so, I receive no late fees but, my account is conveniently locked out. And,with this company closing early no notice it made it appears they sabotaged it so, I have no choice but to pay Monday past the 10 day grace period they can get late fees from
Me. Not happy with this company and, changing my review rate cause not a trustworthy company at all.

Do not finance here they are terrible! Raquel is the worse in my opinion very unpleasant they don't care about their customers treats them very poorly this company will be shut down soon its only a matter of time.

I’m not even going to lie. I was down bad for a period of time when I lost hours at work due to a vehicle accident that had me in an injury settlement with countless doctors appointments. This was my new car after the accident and they held out a couple months waiting for me without repossession. Not saying it’s a good thing and it’s not to be taking advantage of because everybody situation is different and you might not be as lucky because they had every right to repossess my vehicle, but by the grace of god I was in favor, granted this happened in a transitional period when they switched from Sierra credit. I share all this to say that they are an understanding company, helping high risk bad credit individuals and that deserves respect. Hopefully with new management all customers will be happy with the financial service they provide. Thanks to all the hard working peoples down there!

Never made a late payment... one month my grandfather passes and I use the grace period that they give us... only for them to turn around and charge me a late fee... sorry no exceptions I'm afraid we processed it on the 11th day even though I paid it on the 10th day. It's apparently my fault that they processed it a day later so I must pay... avoid these people if you can.

Although it was my fault to let my vehicle default on payments and eventually had my vehicle impounded and brought to primera financial corp premises, I admit that the communication between my self and the finance were great that am happy to give them a 5 star for handling my issues with professionalism . Sure hope it won’t happen again I learn my lesson. Prop for Sofia who took care of the situation with all smiles thanks again

Fraudulent company!!!!!!!!! Will repo car on first month if payment is missed. Steer clear. Business patterns of this company are deeply involved with repo.
