I can't say enough good things about Jim Rinehart and his team of insurance experts. These guys are quick, always ready to help and best of all... they are reliable when you need them. We've been loyal customers of them for 10 years. Mary, Irma and German saved us from costly headaches and time consuming insurance situations. Jim Rinehart State Farm Insurance roadside assistance is hands down one of the best, fastest and extremely friendly services. I love these guys so much that we jumped on board their business insurance package to take care of us on a professional level. They are great with follow ups and answering questions. Making recommendations. We have our auto and renters insurance with them and all claims have been handled expeditiously and with the utmost professionalism. German was great at helping me with road side service. I got locked out of my service vehicle and was told to give him a call. He picked up right away and put me on hold while he had to make some calls and within 5 minutes he sent a text to my phone letting me know when the tow company was going to be their. Now that’s great customer service. Thanks again German! I really appreciate it!!!
