after a lengthy discussion in 2023 with Mr.Mckinney about trying to use them for my small business, Mckinney and I decided to start the books as of 1-1-2024. he told me to allow the previous accountant to do the taxes for 2023 since they had all the prior P&L and spend sheets. so i take him my paper work for Jan. 2024, he calls my wife asking for 2023 paperwork. we told him what he told us, to let the previous accountant do the 23 taxes, then he decided that he didnt want to do our books at all. i called, we spoke, he agreed that he made a mistake and would continue as we originally talked about. so i take feb 2024 paperwork to him, he calls the next day and says they dont know how to use Quickbooks, and isnt taking any new clients for the guy thats does Quickbooks. So after i let my previous accountant go for 2024, and switch my Quickbooks over to Mckinney office, he backed up and decided that he doesnt want to do. I do not recommend using this company. i really dont think they are proficient at business books, not sure about basic individual taxes. i know he has cost me alot of time and money.
