Car insurance was cancelled without notice but she admitted she received the email just never got to it. We’ve called for a WEEK bc she said, “she will get back with us bc it was her fault” it’s Saturday and haven’t heard from her. We have no insurance and neither her nor progressive helped! Progressive says that’s how the lady from Prestige put down as contact. Don’t go to them, they do not help!

My fiance and I are really Moore's insurance customers but their no longer open and all their clients was sent to Shane headley the biggest mistake ever my opinion.I went into the office on November 1st last month to pay my fiance insurance and also add vehicles on the policy and the receptionist put everything in and took my cash and card payment I got a copy of insurance cards and all I thought everything was done for the month but all hell broke loose when I went this month on December
1st I went in to pay the insurance the owner Mr. Shane headley waited on me he said your insurance has been cancelled my heart went to my knees I asked him why it's no way cause I was in your office I said last month well I see that you paid 58 dollars when do a y'all take partial payments I never knew that I paid 300 plus dollars cuz the 58 where is my money he don't know well he didn't even try to call the laxy I gotta wait until Monday now Monday is here and no call so I called you getting it together we will call you back no call ack and uts Wednesday and I callno answwr and i leave a message no callback and y'all took 671 dollars from me and yes I'm leaving y'all but as soon as I get my money back and a lawyer to look into this

Our car was hit by a country financial customer . It's been 12 days and no help from them to get our car fixed . Looks like I will have to use my own insurance company to get our car fixed . They never answer their questions phone calls .
