I thought this was a good place but I realized it was just one agent that was good. I had been working Jordan Bailey who was responsive which is very important in this type of job. Apparently she left but they don’t even have the courtesy to inform their clients that she left and who will be able to help moving forward. I emailed her many times before someone name “Gaby” responded. Then I called to talk to Gaby and left a message but no one called me back! What kind of office doesn’t return calls or emails?! had to call back again to talk to someone. Gaby finally returned my call and I asked to shop around for some home insurance quotes and she told me that I could go ahead and do that if I wanted to, I asked her isn’t that her office does? I emailed her last week with of course no response to my questions and quotes. I also asked for Manny’s email or contact because at this point this needs to be escalated to a supervisor and I haven’t heard back about that either! All my policies renew next month and I hope it’s enough time to find another company! So disappointed that one agent was holding up the entire office! And that Manny wouldn’t even contact me back.

Wow! Where to begin? Manny, Gigi & Staff always give top notch service! They explained what my old insurance was covering, but most importantly what my old insurance WASN'T covering. I worked with Gigi to get my policy started and she really does have her customer's best interest at heart. She always reminds me that she's "co-dependently frugal" making sure that I'm getting the most coverage for my budget. Allstate ended up being slightly more monthly, but she got me more than double the coverage and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I'm a PERSON NOW to my insurance, not just A POLICY NUMBER! I lucked out stumbling on an insurance agency that LEADS WITH INTEGRITY and making sure that they do everything in their power to help us when we had an issue with claims. They made sure that WE were being taken care of just like we were family! Give them a call. You won't regret it.

Jordan is so amazing. She absolutely does her best to get you the best rates possible. If you have a high insurance please talk to Jordan from Allstate and have her help you to see if you can get a better rate. She is so sweet and cares about the customer. They are always responsive and send you helpful emails and call to talk about any questions that you might have. Allstate is by far the best insurance I’ve ever had !! Tell Jordan that Scott sent you to her as well.

Service: Gigi was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She helped us save money transferring over our auto insurance.

Claims: Unfortunately we got in an accident within a month and we were at fault. The claims process was smooth. There were no surprises. It covered the other car and the other person's minor medical. Our car received a reasonable valuation for a total loss. The medical ended up only being a handful of chiropractic appointments and was quick and easy to address on the medical coverage of our auto policy.
