Rudy Roberto called me because I had made my payment check to the wrong payee, which I replaced with my credit card. While on the phone with him I described the accident I had in May 22, which I assumed was taken care. I had received a summons pertaining to that accident. I had not talked to the adjuster but had left messages. He emailed a note to the adjuster with cc to me. I feel that he was ready to help me with any of my issues, was very supportive and helpful. I would recommend your company based on his customer support.

Bobby DeLaTorre is absolutely phenomenal! We have been a Mercury customer for over 20 years and he has been our account manager for at least the last 10yrs and he never disappoints.
