I am so thankful I found Felicia! She helped walk my mom through the process of choosing the right Medicare plan and made it feel so easy. She took her time and explained everything so that we fully understood the plan that fit her needs best. It also gave me peace of mind knowing that Felicia made sure my mom’s doctor was a part of the plan. She was so patient and caring. She definitely made this process much easier than I imagined. She truly cares and treats people like family..
