I called in to add another vehicle to my insurance and I had the pleasure of getting Viviana to assist me. We ended up changing my insurance carrier due to new laws in California that increase certain rates. Hello, this is Nicholas Villegas. I've been with you guys for about 22 years and been with Viviana for most of the time. Helpful and explains everything thoroughly To me and my family for a long time she has very good customer service and any question or confusion that She has been able to answer it to her. I understand it and we can move forward and proceeded with the documents. Every time she says she's gonna send the documents she send them right away and there was no time when she says she is going to Send them. she is a really good employee with you guys and like I said has always helped me for years if I was able to give her a 20 star instead of a five I would really good and is a hard worker and takes pride and everything she does and trustworthy and everything she said she's gonna do.

I stopped in to get a quote on my home owners insurance. The people working there were very friendly and answered all my questions. I did not have to wait more than about 3 minutes untill an agent was able to talk with me. They were very professional and gave me a very good quote on my insurance. I have about 2 months left on my old insurance program and going to go with a new company when it expired. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for home owners insurance.
