I have been with Progressive for 5 years and have gone through JBL for 4 years. When I signed up Rich asked me to write a 5 star review so I did since he put his best foot forward initially. Over the last year Rich has been unavailable to make changes to my policy so I have been running my account (doing his job for him).
When I added my new truck to my policy it notified him and he made time out of his "busy schedule" to call me to say basically I shouldn't do that because it is his job and that he "likes talking to his clients". Rich took some of my information down to update it but he still couldn't manage to get the address correct either despite me texting the needed information to him after the call. I called him a few days later because my bank wanted an update on the deductible within a day, Rich was nowhere to be found since this was time sensitive he was once again unable to do the simple job he has.I told Rich's assistant the day I called if he was not able to get back to me within a reasonable time I would cancel my policy with JBL because there is no reason to deal with a broker when I have to constantly go around them to handle business. I had to call Progressive to make the changes needed to my account to send the proof to the bank. Progressive was helpful and gave me a list of other agents in the area that were competent enough to do their job. I cut ties with JBL and since I have been running my account for the last year I decided to go through Progressive directly which actually saved me even more money. Rich called one last time after I made a final update on the insurance probably to tell me not to make changes without him but he never left a voicemail. I would highly advise to cut the middleman out and go direct with your insurance policy or find a different broker that is less worried about asking new clients for 5 star reviews and actually doing their job.

Rich is Great! He’s done a lot for me and my 21 yr old! Everything from transferring a title. He’s gotten our tags and handles our registration. Recently, I moved my insurance to JBL. He is so knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable in knowing everything is taken care of! I highly recommend Rich! He’s funny too!

Rich was very helpful with reinstating my suspended registration and was on the spot! It’s super convenient to have DMV help so close to home. The place is clean and professional as well as the people inside. Definitely will be coming back for all my DMV needs. and they give you a refreshing drink while waiting! very hospitable.

Love this! I’m never going into a dmv again. Rich and his staff handled an out of state title transfer and registration quickly and efficiently from their beautiful office. No long lines. They handled a routine renewal for me last year as well. They’re awesome!
