I have been a happy member for years! I do business at the Woodland Hills branch and have always had great, personal service. My husband and I both have car loans with FPCU with low interest rates as well as savings account and credit card. I highly recommend you do business with FPCU as well!

Roy Ponce made my experience at Financial Partners Excellent. He went above and beyond helping me learn about personal loans and what type of loans I could apply to. He answered all my questions and had no judgement. He made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall great customer service and left me feeling happy with my experience at financial partners.

My family have been members for many decades back when it was Rockwell Credit Union. I always got personable service, attention and real tellers I could talk to. I don’t particularly like the new location from Erwin, but I manage. I miss the old fashioned way of walking up to a teller, but the minute I walk in, I’m greeted nicely and guided to a member or video ATM. Roy Ponce has helped me a number of times with professional and kind service. The upgrades on their website have improved a lot over the years. Yes, there are growing pains in the changes over the years, but I still wouldn’t trade it for the generic bank. I get personal service whenever I need help. A phone call if I made a drastic online change that alerts them. And
still feel I am a member who is valued over a B of A nobody! Thanks FPCU for being there for my family.

ATM seems to always have issues. Employees are very nice and helpful however.
Their atm looks like it’s from 1972 so it does make sense that it doesn’t work

Beware of the Manager Roy Ponce. He is not a man of his word. Financial Partners Credit Union will give you nothing but terrible service and will hold your money hostage. Do yourself a favor and pick a better credit union or bank. You will regret choosing Financial Partners Credit Union!! I'm closing my account. (Do not believe their response to negative reviews for they are not being truthful)
