GNS saved me from a completely boring, hum drum, typical big box kitchen reno! Mid renovation and still undecided on which mediocre countertop to choose, I hit the web looking for a different option. I found GNS. I thought I would find a lovely white quartz, or maybe a nice granite. After a couple laps around the stones I saw Van Gogh😁 A gorgeous quartzite from Brazil. Kev helped me every step of the way. Never pushy, never rude, making sure I was confident in my purchase. He made the process the least stressful of any part of this project. Everyone at GNS was super nice and willing to help. I would absolutely recommend them and I hope to work with them again in the future. My countertops are AMAZING!

We had a great experience with GNS overall. In the showroom, they were pleasant and helpful and available to work with us. They had plenty of choices from which to choose and we were easily able to find something we loved. The team to come out and take measurements was pleasant and professional and in and out quickly. The day of install went well and they were again quick and everything was accurate and precise. The finished product could not be better and we love the end result.

They have a nice selection with an easy to navigate showroom. Unfortunately, between their guys that take measurements, do the fabrication, and the install, I wasn't very impressed.

There were up to 3/4" gaps between our walls and countertop in one location. They should have used templates or a laser scan. I even asked them about it but they chose not to use that technology.

Additionally, the full payment for materials and labor before installation seemed odd but I trusted them because they are local. I would never normally do that but it was a good reminder. I will never do that again.

Either way, it still looks nice after I took out a diamond blade to recut one of the smaller slabs regardless of the imperfections that still exist.

We recently worked with Global Natural Stones for a bathroom countertop installation, and overall, the experience was great. The process was smooth and uneventful — just how you’d hope any home project would go. The finished product looks absolutely amazing, and we’ve already received plenty of compliments on it.

My only suggestion for improvement would be for the installation crew to bring and wear shoe covers. Since the countertop was installed in our nursery bathroom, having outdoor shoes on our carpeted floors was a concern. Other than that, everything was handled professionally and the craftsmanship speaks for itself.

Would definitely recommend them for your next stone project!
