After having my policys sold to this agency after my agent supposedly close and dealing with a 11/2 hour trip to the office is unreal. Having payment issues with my vehicle policy then cancellation of them even after payment was accepted which they still have and are making interest off of it. Have changed all policys to another company after more than 30 + years, don't need the stress as I am going into my 70's

Love Heather and Jetz! Recently we decided to foster a Rottweiler mix. To my surprise, my landlord said the breed wasn't covered under his homeowner's insurance. I immediately contacted Jetz and she reassured me that all breeds are covered under Allstate's renter's insurance and in fact that is one of the reasons Heather chose Allstate. They do not discriminate against dog breeds! Our foster is a joy to have, and I appreciate the peace of mind Jetz and Allstate offered me!

I have been with Allstate for over 8 years and have been with Heather and her team. Everyone is kind and always helpful with any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend this team and Allstate overall. We had to file our first claim in 8 years through our homeowners and luckily had the extra coverage for water back up. I am extremely grateful they presented this option to me as it helped us out tremendously when water got in our basement.

Was transferred to this agency after mine closed. They have been rude and insensitive from that time, acting like a was a bother that they were forced to deal with me. Harassed me with phone calls and just found out they allowed a policy to renew despite being told I was not renewing it, and just found out they sent me to collections for an automatic renewal? WORST INSURANCE AGENCY EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. RUN!
