I wish I could put 10 stars. Mason is professional, honest and always looking to find the best insurance choices for me and my entire family and my friends. He always makes sure than I am happy and my coverage is exactly what I need. From my boats to home. I refer him to anyone who needs an agent. I prefer an agent over an online system so much better and I can personalize my coverage.

I had a terrible experience trying to receive a quote for homeowners insurance. Over the course of a week, I needed to have multiple conversations with the agent to provide additional information. I am OK providing the necessary information but the process was very annoying because I frequently had to follow up with my agent to remind her to complete the next step.

After about a week and a half, I stopped hearing from my agent about the quote she had promised. I reached out to her and asked if Farmers was going to quote my insurance. She said yes and yet another week has gone by with no contact from my agent. At this point I'd fed up with Farmers and don't want to do business with them.

Overall, the company was very unprofessional! If they can't insure me, that's fine but please be up front about it. Otherwise, it's a waste of my and the agents time!
