I am 72 yrs old and have gotten good driver credit plus I don’t hardly drive at all, have had NO accidents or tickets and still the Allstate premium keeps going up. I have clld corporate several times to discuss increases, to no avail! My agent just collects moneys & never, if at all reaches out. As soon as I can, I’m looking for other insurance!!

Allstate is one of the best insurances you can have when it comes to taking care of your insurance needs for your cars. Although a bit pricey, they do quickly respond to claims when needed. Customer service is good but sometimes can get a little busy when I'm trying to reach my own agent. Overall, I've been with Allstate for over 30 years and will remain.
