I had an 2005 Altima that I kept full coverage insurance on for approx 5 years through this agency. During this time, I would get courtesy calls if I had forgotten my bill or if there were problems. I let my daughter start driving the car, she blew the motor, which meant I had to start driving an older car that I only carried liability on. It was THEN I quit getting the calls period. Unbeknownst to me the policy was supposed to be renewed in January, just found out about 2 weeks ago that I don't have insurance and now I'm worried about the status of my license. I suggest finding a company (at least a local office) that will give good service in good times and bad.
