Terrible branch to bank with. unfortunately, when enrolling in the military, they don’t allow you to choose what bank you want. I would highly suggest getting rid of Frontwave. They had me on hold for 40 minutes just to tell me that I have to drive two hours to be able to get a new ATM card. Unfortunately, I cannot put zero stars so I’m just giving it one. No one ever knows how to help you or how to direct a call.

After I closed the account, they kept recieving payments and put a debt collector on me without contacting before-hand. The representatives on the phone have absolutely no idea how to handle sticky situations, and fail to do their job. If you have a problem, expect to be put on hold for eternity.
