Contacted this agency for HOA and D&O insurance. Received a call and then a follow-up call from a "producer" who would only give me his first name, Jose. Requested Jose as Dave Fisk to call me. Never received a return call. May very well be be that Jose felt uncomfortable forwarding on my request. I expect a higher degree of professionalism from a national insurance company like State Farm. Disappointing.
