Sam and his company are simply outstanding! I was stunned at how much of a personalized experience this has been. I had initially thought that for their lowest flat rate MLS listing price, that I would just be plugged into some nameless, faceless system, and get very little support, if any. I was so wrong! He has a warm and cheerful, personality, and makes you feel like you are a VIP client...seriously! I will text him, asking him to add more photos to my listing, and he always texts back..."On it!"
