I am writing this letter on behalf of the Villas at Crimson Oaks Homeowners Association (HOA) to offer a strong recommendation for Major League Pressure Washing. After a competitive bidding process, they were awarded a contract to pressure wash half of the villas in our community.

The quality of their work and the professionalism of their crew members consistently received positive feedback, with homeowners unanimously expressing their satisfaction. Their communication throughout the project was exceptional. Major League Pressure Washing distributed professionally printed flyers to all owners in advance, which clearly outlined their services and the pressure washing schedule. They also extended an optional discount to homeowners who wished to add supplementary services, such as window washing or deck power washing. Given the outstanding results and service, we have already entered into a service contract with them for a second year.

I am tickled pink with this company! I was quoted a very reasonable price for my windows and patio to be cleaned. For another small very reasonable price I could add power washing my entryway. There were some bad areas in the covered area which I didn’t think could be removed, but they did! They did such a good job on my windows, both inside and out, that they look brand new! Dylan and Corie were polite, and put everything back perfectly. They were hard workers plus very knowledgeable and helpful to me. I will gladly recommend them and this amazing company to my friends and neighbors! Forgot to mention my back patio. It was full of old, moldy leaves and was an eyesore. Now I could host a party there and show it off! It is also healthier minus all the mold and filth!

First of all, I can’t remember the last time we had our house pressure washed so it needed it without saying. Yesterday, I had our house (2 story) pressured washed by Aiden and Corie of Major League Pressure Washing Company. These two guys, who were friendly, professional, and experienced, did an absolutely amazing job! (By the way, the back of our house faces the woods, so needless to say, it was rather filthy and needed a thorough cleaning.) When Aiden and Corie were finished, my husband and I were very very impressed. Our house…the brick, linoleum, shutters, garage door and sidewalk all had a new “luster” to it! The entire exterior of the house was so immaculate that you would have thought that we had new siding and shutters installed! This company has also pressure washed my sister-in-law’s house as well as my mothers-in-law’s. I highly recommend Major League Pressure Washing … without a doubt. You will not be disappointed!!
