GREAT PEOPLE, BUT POOR COMPANY VALUES

The team at this organization is composed of highly talented and dedicated individuals who genuinely care about the program and the development of young professionals. Their passion and commitment are evident in everything they do.

However, it's unfortunate that this same level of care is not reflected in the approach of the decision-makers. There seems to be a focus on maximizing profit out of young talents' pockets, sometimes even at the expense of cooperation and respect. While the employees excel, the priorities of those at the top raises concerns and may have, as in my case, a strong psychological and economic impact on yourself. For these reasons, I cannot reccomend their Talent Program.

Rejects your application with no explanation (other than the below generic corporate template) although fully qualified. Literally their website says they match Masters graduates with employers and I have a MSc in Finance.

Your fate is decided by one of their young employees who (according to her public resume) has no previous experience neither in Finance, neither in Recruitment.

Just another generic recruitment agency which only cares for a quick money grab. If they don’t smell an easy commission from you then they won’t work with you. It’s like sharks smelling the blood.

To sum up, I can easily find a role without an agency, but I want to call out the practices of rogue recruitment agencies in the Netherlands to save other applicants time and stress.
