I had a gas hot water failure in a mountain cabin about 45 minutes from any purchase and service providers. Additionally, the heater location was on third level with a narrow access and it did not meet current codes. JackRabbit Plumbing guided me through the best replacement selection for the circumstances and then sent two strong, capable, and professional plumbers to carry a new water heater up the three flights to install and bring up to code. I was very impressed with the expediency and quality of the whole process and have no hesitation to highly recommend them.
